Tai Chi For Health

Although this is an introductory class, students will take away a daily tai chi practice regimen that offers many health benefits including improved balance and leg strenth, increase immunity to common illnesses, joint inflammations, and pain reduction, and other potential benefits for those who suffer from chronic illnesses such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart and lung ailments.
